Become a Committee Member

If you’re interested in getting involved with the SHRM California State Council but may not yet be ready or eligible to serve as an elected Council Member, we encourage you to consider applying to become a Committee Member. Committee Members work under the direction of the SHRM CA State Council Board and play a vital role in advancing our mission. There are many opportunities to serve based on your interests and expertise, including SHRM Membership, College Relations, Inclusion & Diversity, SHRM Foundation, Workforce Readiness, Government Affairs, SHRM Education & Certification, State Conference, Social Media, Marketing/Advertising, Sponsorships and Promotions, Communication, Community Outreach, Programs Administration, and Operations Administration. This is a great way to contribute your talents, build your network, and gain valuable insight into the work of the State Council.
