SHRM, CalSHRM & Your Local SHRM Chapter
California State Council of SHRM is the state body for the 16 California State Chapters and Northern Community of SHRM. We want to help you connect to your local chapter. Although the Chapter Presidents serve on the CalSHRM Board and support statewide initiatives, each chapter has a separate governance structure, schedule of events and membership dues structure.
What's the Difference In All SHRMS?
SHRM is an international organization advancing the HR profession and practices. There are over 300K members, in 150 countries, with 575 affiliated chapters exchanging information and ideas.
CalSHRM is the state level governing body for affiliated chapters in California.
We support National SHRM with local legislative insights and chapter resources.
