Two Pricing Options:

  • Single Dedicated Email Blast — $1,000 per distribution

  • Best Value: 4-Email Package — $3,000. Buy 3 email blasts, get 1 free. Reserve four dedicated email distributions for the price of three.
     

Note: Organizations purchasing multiple email blasts must schedule distributions at least two weeks apart to ensure a positive subscriber experience and avoid back-to-back promotional messaging.

Lock in Your Dates Now!

One of the biggest advantages of purchasing a package is the ability to reserve future distribution dates in advance. Even if your content isn't finalized yet, you can secure your preferred dates and submit your creative closer to the scheduled send date.

Scheduling Guidelines

  • Email blasts are distributed on Tuesdays only.

  • Multiple email blasts must be scheduled at least two weeks apart.

  • Dates are first-come, first-served and may fill quickly.

  • Forms must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the desired release date.

  • SHRM CA reserves the right to decline an e-blast request if the content competes with a State or local chapter event, or is not deemed appropriate by SHRM CA.
